All documentation is prepared with state of the art computer systems for design and drawing preparation. Presentation of colour 3D modelling is also available. ZHINAR Architects has intimate knowledge of Local and State Authority Control Planning guidelines, and have gained a deserved reputation for providing optimum solutions for their clients. ZHINAR Architects has the expertise and the capabilities to offer a full range of architectural services including Project Management, Feasibility Studies and Master Planning. In particular, ZHINAR Architects has personnel with experience in low to medium and high rise residential apartment design, commercial/residential design involving the hospitality industry, light industrial and warehouse design.
